90 minutes to deliver is not fast food. Had to call twice to chase: customer service abrupt and indifferent to the delay. Being busy is not a reasonable justification: hire more staff. Food arrived cold. Shame because it was flavourful after reheating. It would probably have been delicious if we'd received it as the chef intended. Altogether a disappointing experience, which could so easily be improved if the restaurant owner really cared and bothered to address the problems.
